Please be aware that youth groups are accepted exclusively upon obtaining the prior consent of the owner, in which case the deposit is increased to 1,000 PLN. The owner resides on the same property. A complex featuring 20 ponds used for fish breeding is situated approximately 500 m from the property, though fishing is not permitted there.

An open lounge of 50 square metres is bathed in natural light through a panoramic window and serves as the heart of the home. Adjacent to it, an open playroom of 25 square metres with a bar provides an additional space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped open kitchen measures 35 square metres and includes 8 hot plates, an oven, an electric coffee machine, and a steamer. Also on the ground floor, 1 large bedroom of 40 square metres features 1 double bed and a private shower and WC, with direct access to the garden and terrace. 2 separate WCs are also available on this level.

On the upper floor, an open gallery of 40 square metres with sloping ceilings houses a library, a flat screen, and a radio, offering a refined reading and leisure area. Please note that some sleeping areas on this floor are located within open-plan spaces such as the gallery or alcove, rather than in fully enclosed rooms. 2 bedrooms of 18 square metres each, with sloping ceilings, are furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each with its own shower and WC.
