On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining room of 30 m2 provides a comfortable shared space for the whole group, complete with a flat screen satellite TV and radio. Direct access from this room leads out to the garden. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, offering a private and restful retreat. The kitchen area is equipped as a fully functional kitchenette. A bathroom on this level features a bath, shower, and bidet, while a separate WC is also available.

On the upper floor, a walk-through room of 30 m2 with characteristic sloping ceilings is fitted with 3 single beds, each measuring 82 cm in width and 192 cm in length, as well as 1 sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A further bedroom on the upper floor, also featuring sloping ceilings, contains 1 single bed measuring 82 cm in width and 192 cm in length and 1 double bed. This bedroom leads through to another bedroom that opens onto a loggia, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
