Designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, this vacation rental features 1 bedroom space configured as a studio, furnished with 2 wall-trunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with WC. The kitchen is located in the entrance area and is thoughtfully equipped to meet everyday culinary needs.

The apartment is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your entertainment, a flat screen television is provided. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
