The first bedroom is a double room fitted with 2 beds. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed. The third bedroom features 2 beds of 90 cm each. The kitchen is accessed via a hatch and also opens onto the balcony, providing a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add warmth and character to every room. The 2 bathrooms include one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and a second with a shower and WC, complemented by a double hand-basin.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
