"Rhodonite 33" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 85 m2 on the third floor of the building, with a south-facing orientation that fills the interiors with natural light and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking comfort and style in an alpine setting.

The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as a cable television, CD player, and DVD player for relaxed evenings indoors. From this space, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic mountain scenery. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options, and is connected to the dining area via a practical hatch. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and is served by a private bathroom with a bath and WC. The second bedroom also features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width, while a separate shower room with WC serves the remainder of the apartment. Terrace furniture is provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
