The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony with a north-facing position. The second bedroom features 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 90 cm in length, accommodating up to 2 persons, and similarly opens onto a north-facing balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
