The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a television, and a DVD player, and opens directly onto one of the 2 balconies, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed and also benefits from direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a shower, as well as its own access to a balcony. The apartment further includes a bathroom and a separate WC, completing the 2 bathroom facilities. A terrace with outdoor furniture allows guests to fully enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen, though compact, is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a grill, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For laundry and household needs, a washing machine is available, and the apartment also provides an iron and a hair dryer. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
