"Le Bouquetin 5" is a 2-room vacation rental apartment of 53 m2, situated on the 1st floor with a south-facing position. The living and dining area is generously equipped with a dining table, a flat screen TV, and 2 pull-out beds suitable for 2 persons at 90 cm each, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This main living space also opens onto a balcony with both south-facing and east-facing orientations, providing very beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The 1 dedicated bedroom is furnished with 2 beds of 90 cm each and includes a bath and WC. A second bathroom fitted with a shower and WC serves the remaining guests. The apartment also benefits from a small balcony accessible from the bedroom area, equally oriented to the south and east to maximize natural light and mountain scenery. The kitchen is open-plan and fully integrated into the living space.

The living room is enhanced by an open-hearth fireplace, which adds warmth and ambiance to the space, and heat is available throughout the property to ensure comfort during cooler periods.
