The second bedroom is equipped with 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 90 cm. The third bedroom features a French bed of 180 cm in width and includes its own private shower and WC, with direct access to the garden and terrace. The apartment is further served by a full bathroom with bath and WC, as well as an additional separate shower and WC, bringing the total to 3 bathrooms throughout the property. The ground floor layout ensures seamless indoor-outdoor living, with multiple access points leading to the south-east facing terrace and the large garden with lawn, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run.
