The apartment features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each thoughtfully configured to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The third bedroom is a smaller room fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom facilities consist of 2 bathrooms each with a bath and WC, a shower, and a separate additional WC. The living and dining area is warm and inviting, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, and flows naturally toward the large south-west facing terrace of 63 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. Floors throughout the apartment are finished in parquet and carpet, lending the space a cosy and elegant character.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
