The fully equipped open kitchen is arranged with a bar and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom offers 2 single beds of 90 cm each, and a bathroom with bath and WC completes the ground-level layout.
On the upper floor, the main bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width, accompanied by a shower and WC. A third bedroom, designed as a children's room, provides 2 beds of 80 cm each. This floor also benefits from a second south-facing balcony, further enhancing the exceptional mountain panorama enjoyed throughout the property.

Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The open-hearth fireplace in the living and dining room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, particularly well-suited to mountain evenings. Heating is available throughout the property to ensure year-round comfort. A washing machine is also provided for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay.
