The bathroom consists of a shower with WC, and there is an additional separate WC for added convenience. On the upper floor, a large open gallery with a rooflight provides an additional sleeping area with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The kitchen is generously sized and open in design, seamlessly integrated into the living area. The apartment's south-facing position is consistent throughout, ensuring excellent natural light and panoramic mountain and valley views from both the balcony and the main living spaces.
