"Jorasse C 20" is a 4-room vacation rental spanning 98 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor with a south-west facing position. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and is served by 2 shower/WC bathrooms, one located on the main floor and one on the upper floor.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and tastefully furnished living and dining room, from which you can access a 10 m2 balcony with a south-west facing position. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to the living area. On the main floor, a shower room with WC is also available for your convenience.

The upper floor hosts all 3 sleeping areas. The first room features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, with direct access to a smaller balcony of 3 m2, also south-west facing. The second room similarly offers 1 double bed of 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third sleeping area contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. A gallery space and a second shower/WC complete the upper level. Both balconies are furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs for your outdoor enjoyment.

Amenities Included

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a fondue set, including both chinoise and cheese options, are also provided for a truly authentic experience.

For your laundry needs, a washing machine is available within the property.
