Spanning 53 m2, the apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, all finished with beautiful and tasteful furnishings that reflect a refined aesthetic sensibility. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and inviting living and dining room, complete with a comfortable sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a cozy dining nook, and direct access to the large south-facing balcony of 16 m2, where a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains awaits. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each, with a length of 200 cm, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules (available as an extra), a raclette grill, and a cheese fondue set. The single bathroom features a shower and WC, providing all the essential comforts for your stay.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
