The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.
The dining room is a welcoming focal point of the apartment, featuring a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, and access to the balcony. The lounge area is equipped with 1 double sofabed, providing additional sleeping flexibility, and also opens directly onto the balcony. The 1st bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, while the 2nd bedroom is fitted with 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 80 cm and accommodating up to 2 persons. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, rather than being enclosed rooms, are located within open-plan spaces such as a gallery or alcove. The bathroom and a separate shower room with WC complete the sleeping and bathing arrangements. A generously sized balcony of 20 m2 with a south-west facing position extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offering panoramic mountain views.
