The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese styles. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A bathroom with WC completes the ground-level facilities. From the main floor, you also have direct access to a 14 m2 balcony with a south-east facing orientation, as well as a smaller 7 m2 balcony, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring characteristic sloping ceilings that add charm and architectural interest to the space. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, comprising 2 x 90 cm widths and a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor, and a balcony with south-east facing exposure is also accessible from this level. A box-room provides additional storage space.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
