The living and dining room, measuring 30 m2, serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a sliding door, a panoramic window, and a charming Scandinavian wood stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to a 12 m2 balcony furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, where you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm and a radio, while the second bedroom features 1 double bed and a radio. Additionally, a 10 m2 gallery provides a supplementary sleeping area with 1 bed measuring 90 cm. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the gallery or alcove. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, complemented by a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchenette includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese variations. A baby cot is also available for children up to 2 years of age.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
