The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second, smaller bedroom also contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 195 cm in length. The living room offers additional sleeping arrangements in the form of a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the south-facing balcony, from which guests can enjoy a partial view of the mountains. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combined. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and connects naturally to the living space, completing a well-organised and comfortable interior layout.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
