The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement. The third bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ideal for couples seeking additional comfort. The living and dining area is warm and inviting, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and access to a 10 m2 balcony that faces both south and east, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The single bathroom includes a bath and WC. Partly renovated in 2022, the apartment is presented with beautiful and cosy furnishings that create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere throughout.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
