The property has been partly renovated and features practical yet beautiful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room with access to the terrace, benefiting from a south-facing position. Adjacent to the living area is a small, open kitchen equipped with a dining table, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. The upper floor comprises 3 bedrooms in total, 2 of which feature sloping ceilings and are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A second shower room with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that the ceiling height in the smaller bedroom ranges between 2.38 m and 1.25 m due to the sloping roof structure. The chalet also benefits from a large south- and east-facing terrace of 40 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
