The third bedroom mirrors the second in size and configuration, offering 2 single beds of the same dimensions and its own balcony access. The apartment features an open kitchen fully integrated into the living space, creating a sociable and functional layout. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add warmth and character to the overall aesthetic.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
