On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 rooms: 2 rooms each fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, 1 room with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, and 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, also featuring a hand-basin. The lower ground floor further includes a bathroom with a bath, WC, and shower, as well as an additional separate WC.
