Please be aware that motor access to the property is steep, and during the winter season, snow chains are strongly recommended to ensure safe arrival and departure. A ski bus stop is located just 100 metres from the property, and the ski bus service is available free of charge, providing effortless access to the surrounding ski areas without the need for a vehicle.

"Le Hibou" is a charming 4-room chalet spanning 102 m2 across 2 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a satellite TV setup with a hi-fi system and DVD player, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. A shower room with a separate WC completes the facilities on this level. On the lower ground floor, 3 well-appointed bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a restful and comfortable sleeping environment. A full bathroom with WC serves this floor. The chalet benefits from a large terrace of 20 m2 with a north and west facing position, an additional terrace accessible from the main level, a balcony with an east facing orientation, and a small patio with a south and west facing position, all framing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
