The entrance hall features 1 bunk bed set with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a dedicated sleeping area for younger guests. The combined living and sleeping room is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ensuring comfortable rest for adult occupants. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. A 7 m2 balcony with north-facing and east-facing orientations extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a pleasant view of the valley.

The studio has been partly renovated in 2020 and is presented with beautiful furnishings throughout. Entertainment is well catered for with a cable television and a DVD player located in the living and sleeping room. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay. The open kitchen is stocked with a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set, ideal for enjoying traditional Alpine dining experiences. An electric coffee machine is provided, though please be aware that Nespresso capsules are available at an extra cost. A hair dryer and a baby cot are also included among the in-unit facilities. Wireless internet access via WiFi is provided free of charge, keeping guests connected throughout their stay.

The property operates on a non-smokers only basis, and guests are kindly requested to respect this house rule for the comfort of all occupants. Pets are welcome, with a policy permitting 1 pet or dog per stay. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
