A separate WC is also located on this floor, and direct access leads out to a large south-facing and east-facing terrace with terrace furniture, offering beautiful views of the valley. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodations are arranged across 3 rooms: the first bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, the second bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower and WC serve the lower ground floor. The chalet's cosy furnishings and well-considered layout make it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking comfort and character.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
