"Les Chouettes 11" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 80 m2 on the 1st floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 well-furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to a north-facing terrace, where breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley can be fully appreciated. A separate dining room also opens onto a south-facing terrace, offering an additional outdoor space bathed in natural light. The 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 individual mattresses measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one featuring a bath and WC and the other offering a shower and WC, providing both practicality and privacy for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to meet all the needs of a modern stay. The kitchenette is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided, adding a charming alpine touch to your culinary experience. The living area is warmed by an open-hearth fireplace, and heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure year-round comfort. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
