"Marella" is a beautifully appointed 5-room chalet spanning 145 m2 across 3 levels, partially renovated in 2023 and offering comfortable, elegant furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or groups seeking a refined mountain retreat.

The main level features a welcoming living and dining room with cable television and a wood-burning stove, opening onto a north-facing balcony. A small lounge with a television and DVD player provides an additional relaxation space, with access to a west-facing terrace. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, a cooking island, and a fondue set for cheese. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.

On the lower ground floor, the entrance hall leads to 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a bathroom with WC and a separate WC, along with heating facilities.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room without a wardrobe containing 2 single beds of 90 cm by 200 cm, and 1 room with a French bed. The upper floor also provides access to a south-facing terrace and is served by a shower room with WC. Terrace furniture is provided on this level, and the property enjoys a very beautiful view of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
