"Rossignol C4" is a 3-room apartment of 90 m2 situated on the 4th floor, welcoming up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, the entrance hall provides a sleeping area fitted with 1 bunk bed in a 2-over-2 configuration, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including this one, are located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom, such as a gallery or alcove arrangement. The living and dining room is a comfortable communal space equipped with a cable TV and a hi-fi system. The first bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a north-facing balcony offering beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the resort. The second bedroom is identically configured, also featuring 1 double bed with the same dimensions and its own exit to a north-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony furnished with balcony furniture, providing an additional outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The apartment includes a bathroom with WC and a separate shower room with WC, accounting for the 2 bathrooms available to guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
