"Les Platanes E3" is a 3-room apartment of 64 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, welcoming up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, and features an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes only, as well as a cable TV and DVD player. This room opens directly onto a south-facing balcony, offering a beautiful view of the resort. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a north-facing balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also opens onto a north-facing balcony. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is additionally available. The apartment benefits from 2 balconies in total, both furnished with balcony furniture, making outdoor relaxation a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The kitchen is thoroughly equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience during your stay. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
