On this same floor, a first bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto a balcony, while a second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A lounge area with cable TV is also found on this level, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable stays. A bathroom with WC and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor, with the added comfort of floor heating throughout.

On the lower ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a third bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm, served by a bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The upper floor hosts a lounge with a library as well as the fourth and largest bedroom, appointed with 1 French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm, a bidet, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, and its own cable TV.
