Spread across 2 levels on the fourth floor, this beautifully furnished 3-room vacation rental spans approximately 100 square metres and accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, the living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, and opens onto a north-facing balcony. Adjacent to the living space, 1 room with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm offers direct access to a south-facing terrace, providing a pleasant contrast in orientation and natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located on this level. A bathroom with bath, shower, and WC completes the main floor. On the upper level, a gallery area with sloping ceilings and a rooflight contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. A further room on this floor, also featuring sloping ceilings, includes an additional 2 single beds of the same dimensions. A second bathroom with WC serves this floor. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. Both a balcony and a terrace are accessible from the property, and the apartment enjoys a very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The kitchen is thoroughly equipped to support comfortable self-catering stays, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. For convivial dining experiences, a raclette grill and a fondue set, including both chinoise and cheese varieties, are also provided. The apartment benefits from heating and includes a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays. Entertainment is well catered for with a cable television in the living area. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
