The apartment features 1 bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony in an east facing position. The living room is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering additional sleeping space within the open-plan layout. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with a bath and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A large balcony is accessible from the property, oriented in both a south facing and east facing position, providing generous outdoor space and excellent natural light throughout the day.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.
