This level also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, with direct access to the large south and east-facing terrace of 50 m2. An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for self-catering stays. On the lower ground floor, 1 additional bedroom features 1 double bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a shower, a separate WC, and access to a private sauna. The upper floor accommodates 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and 1 room with 1 double bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, the latter offering access to a north-facing balcony. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
