The living and dining room is bright and elegantly furnished, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and meals. This room opens directly onto a north-facing balcony, providing a pleasant outdoor extension of the living area with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed (90 cm wide, 190 cm in length) and 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm wide, 190 cm in length), comfortably sleeping all 4 guests. The bedroom also benefits from its own exit to a south-facing balcony, ensuring natural light and a distinct outdoor perspective. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a complete fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, and WC, completing the functional layout of this well-appointed apartment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
