The apartment features 1 bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, which also provides direct access to the balcony. The entrance hall serves as an additional sleeping area and is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The living and dining room is bright and welcoming, offering access to the south-facing balcony with stunning views of the mountains and the ski run. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower with WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, making the overall layout practical and ideal for a family stay.

Amenities Included

The apartment is thoroughly equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, 3 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is available within the unit, along with heat to keep the space warm throughout your stay. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
