The second bedroom is equally well-appointed with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to a west-facing balcony. The third bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto a west-facing balcony, creating a serene and private retreat. The apartment is completed by 2 fully equipped bathrooms, each with a WC. In total, the property offers 3 balconies, 1 facing south and 2 facing west, all of which afford breathtaking views of the ski run.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
