An open gallery with sloping ceilings is integrated into this level and contains 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, forming a sleeping area within the open-plan space. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped and adjoins the living area. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 3 distinct rooms. The first room contains 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-tier configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony. The second room features 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with direct access to a balcony. The third room offers 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, likewise with balcony access. A bathroom with bath and WC serves the lower ground floor.
