The property accommodates 4 adults and 2 children across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking comfort and style in a beautifully appointed space.

The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a cable TV with hi-fi system, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 sections of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. An alcove provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this alcove sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The apartment also benefits from direct access to a balcony, which enjoys both south-west and north-west facing positions, offering very beautiful panoramic views. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2019 and is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchenette is well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Senseo capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Additional kitchen equipment includes a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set, perfect for enjoying traditional mountain dining experiences. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
