The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a practical space for younger guests or additional occupants. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as a separate shower room with WC, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The 2 balconies offer distinct orientations, one facing north-west and the other facing south, both framing breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The apartment is fully equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances and tools, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. For those who enjoy convivial dining experiences, a raclette grill and a fondue set, including both chinoise and cheese options, are also provided. A washing machine is available within the apartment for added convenience during longer stays. The living and dining room features a cable television, and heating is available throughout the property to ensure a warm and pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
