The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a practical space for younger guests or additional occupants. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as a separate shower room with WC, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The 2 balconies offer distinct orientations, one facing north-west and the other facing south, both framing breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The open kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances and tools, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
