The second bedroom offers a combination of sleeping arrangements, including 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The entrance hall provides an additional sleeping area featuring 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are situated within an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom, such as a gallery or alcove configuration.

The living and dining room is a welcoming communal space that opens directly onto a private terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding valley. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with a comprehensive range of appliances. The 2 bathrooms are each fitted with a shower and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
