The living and dining area measures 28 m2 and opens directly onto a large south-facing terrace, offering a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom features a pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC. The kitchen and living area form an integrated space equipped with a full range of cooking and dining appliances, making the apartment both practical and comfortable for extended stays.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen area features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided for guests who wish to enjoy traditional dining experiences. Heat is available throughout the apartment, ensuring warmth during cooler periods. For entertainment, the living and dining room is fitted with a satellite TV with a flat screen, as well as a television, a radio, and a CD player. The apartment is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. A fire extinguisher is present on the premises as a safety measure. Parking is available directly at the house at no additional charge. The large terrace, which faces south and benefits from exceptional natural light, is furnished with terrace furniture and offers a marvellous view of the mountains, the valley, and the Eiger. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Ruim appartement met 2 grote 2-persoons slaapkamers en woonkamer op begane grond. Badkamer is wat gedateerd. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Veel privacy als er in het kleine appartement ernaast niemand is.
