The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, featuring a panoramic window with a charming dining nook, and provides direct access to the large south-facing terrace. The first bedroom is generously sized and furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equally large and equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with its own exit to the terrace. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, one as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC, offering flexibility and comfort for all guests. Throughout the apartment, carpet flooring adds warmth and a sense of refined coziness, complementing the tasteful and inviting furnishings that define the overall aesthetic of the space.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
