The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged to provide a comfortable space for relaxing and dining, and it flows naturally into an open kitchen that is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Flooring throughout the apartment combines elegant parquet and carpet, adding warmth and character to the interior. The apartment was partly renovated in 2022 and is furnished with cosy, carefully selected pieces that create an inviting and homely feel.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
