The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, all decorated with warm wooden furniture and furnishings that create a very cosy alpine atmosphere.

On the ground floor, an open living and sleeping room of 17 m2 welcomes you with a ceiling height of 190 cm. This versatile space includes 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm, a dining nook, and a beautiful old tiled stove in the lounge that adds authentic character to the setting. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. The bathroom on this level features a bath, shower, and WC.

Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor hosts 1 room of 12 m2, also with a ceiling height of 190 cm, furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room opens directly onto a small south-facing balcony of 5 m2, complemented by a small terrace, both offering breathtaking mountain panoramas. A box-room provides additional practical storage space.
