The kitchen is equipped with a dining nook, making it a convivial space for shared meals, and the bathroom consists of a combined bath and WC. The apartment is presented with simple and comfortable furnishings throughout, creating a welcoming and practical atmosphere across the entire floor plan.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
