This room opens directly onto a large terrace of 29 m2, oriented toward both south and west facing positions, where terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. The 1 dedicated bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and a length of 200 cm, and it opens onto a private balcony of 9 m2, also enjoying south and west facing positions. Both the living area and the bedroom benefit from stunning views of the mountains and the Matterhorn. The apartment features 1 bathroom equipped with a bath and WC, as well as a hair dryer for guest convenience. The fully open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space, completing the fluid and functional layout of this upper-floor retreat.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
