This charming vacation rental is a 1-room apartment of 30 square metres, situated on the ground floor in a south-facing position that ensures an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 combined living and sleeping room, along with 1 shower and WC bathroom. The sleeping area is equipped with 2 double wall-trunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and space-conscious solution for 2 guests. Direct access from the living area leads to the garden and a south-facing terrace, where terrace furniture is provided and beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed. The apartment was partly renovated in 2017 and is presented with simple and cosy furnishings throughout.

The apartment is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Heating is available throughout the property, keeping the interior warm and welcoming regardless of the season. A television is provided in the living and sleeping room for your entertainment. The open kitchen is fully functional and includes 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cheese fondue set, making it ideal for preparing meals of varying complexity. A dining table is also available within the kitchen area. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and complimentary WiFi internet access.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
