On the main floor, you will find a spacious living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only. This room opens onto a south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying natural light throughout the day. Also on this floor, 1 double bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single units of 90 cm each, with a total length of 200 cm. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A bathroom with bath and WC completes the main floor. Accessed via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts a second double bedroom, equally appointed with 1 double bed of the same configuration as the one below, measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This bedroom also benefits from its own south-facing balcony, offering a partial view of the Matterhorn. A second bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, and WC is also located on this floor. Both balconies are furnished with outdoor balcony furniture for your comfort and enjoyment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
