This charming 5-room chalet extends across 4 levels and offers approximately 92 m2 of living space, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Partly renovated in 2023, the property features rustic and cosy furnishings throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for a memorable vacation rental experience.

On the first level, you will find a room of 7 m2 fitted with 2 beds, along with a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, a room of 11 m2 with 2 beds and a hand-basin offers direct access to the garden, while an additional room of 7 m2 with 2 beds is served by a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts the main living and dining area, equipped with a satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, with direct access to a south-west facing balcony. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. On the 2nd upper floor, a room of 8 m2 features sloping ceilings and 2 beds, and benefits from access to a balcony and a small patio. From this level, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. A box-room is also available on this floor for additional storage.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
