The open living and dining room spans 30 m2 and is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and a digital TV, with direct access to a large south-facing terrace of 40 m2 equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The 1 double bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. The bathroom includes a bath and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
